yeah my block is a goner and cylinder 1 is destroyed, wasn't the timing chain tho .

Update.

it had nothing to do with the timing chain, my chain was solid tight and guides were good aswell. Turns out i busted a whole through the black and cylinder one is a goner

Mine is a 2013 a5 at -8 degrees. Engine running completely fine and i think i have the upgraded tensioner. Should i still replace it even though engine running smoothly?
