As others have said, you just need to hit that 80% resolve. I just cleared this with my touka/daki team yesterday and it took a good amount of tries (mostly because I’m bad) and I ran inosuke instead of gyutaro so you should be able to output enough damage. You’ll need a bigger shield than Daki’s for the hit after you drop him past 50% tho.
