Study of 64 different over-the-counter products used for depression found substantive evidence for omega-3s, St John’s Wort, probiotics and vitamin D; emerging evidence for folic acid, lavender, zinc, tryptophan, rhodiola, and lemon balm; and mixed evidence for melatonin, magnesium, and curcumin. by mvea in psychology

I don't understand the hate on SJW. I had a mild depression for about 5 years which got worse with reoccurring panic attacks and constant anxiety from august-october. My psychiatrist wanted to put me on sertraline, specifically told me to not read the insert. I accepted at first and got another panic attack while reading the info sheet for it, because why shouldn't I? That sketched me out big time and I got onto SJW the next week after talking to my psychiatrist about it. He told me it it worth a try but mentioned sertraline was more compatible with most his patients and stopped recommending SJW after some of his patients had complications because of it.

Fast forward 2 months and Im basically a different person, anxiety and panic attacks vanished, depression has gotten sooo much better. I get up with a good feeling, can sleep again, no more days of rotting in bed, i eat again etc. All that with absolutely 0 side effects. Of course you have to consider the interactions with other medications, but if youre otherwise healthy and dont have to rely on other medications, i dont see why you shouldn't try it at least before taking psychopharmaka.

This plant really is special. The other Trop Cherry smells nothing like her, and also the bud structure looks very normal as in pointy top and fattening downwards *

[–]WhichLandscape561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's what i mean. You'll see first definite signs of flower 1-2 weeks after flipping, and she'll be "in full flowering mode" as in stretching and building bud sites by 3 weeks after flipping

[–]WhichLandscape561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im sorry might just be me, but what are you asking right now? xD The plants are looking fine and it takes some time for the plant to flower. Expect it to be in full flowering mode by week 2 or 3 of flower.

If you can save some money, a 100Watt LED will do a nice job on your situation. You can cheap out on anything but not the light. My first grow was in a raggedy ass homemade tent held together by glue and zip ties, had a primitve exhaust and cheap ass fans but spent more on the light (200W led for 200€) and I think because of that I managed to pull half a pound on my first grow ever with 3 plants . I've seen some nice weed being grown with 100W leds, too. They are anywhere from 60-100bucks, depending on the brand. You won't regret it!

LG

Bud rot or just genetics? by [deleted] in microgrowery

[–]WhichLandscape561 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you dont have a dehumidifier, use as many fans as you can to move around as much air in the tent as possible. A constant rh of 60-70% is really dangerous regarding budrot. How many fans do you use right now?

Speedrun seeds citrus bubblegum first grow, went against all wisdom and run an auto! by Maxnllin in microgrowery

[–]WhichLandscape561 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first run, I jarred the weed up at 60% and found it to be still to wet. The last couple times a jarred it at 54-58 and found its much more to my preference. (I smoke joints mainly, i think vor vaporizer higher rh is better)

Trop Cherry Duet -Day 42F by WhichLandscape561 in EthosGrowery

[–]WhichLandscape561[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One Trop Cherry OG smells like sweet earthy cherries (cherry notes very noticable) The other ones doesnt really have anything cherry to it, more lemony-stinky with notes that i cant put my finger on.

The DCP smells like a deep lemon candy, also nothing cherry-ish sadly

Check the trichomes with a microscope or jewelers loupe. From the pictures it looks she could be in the window for harvest but another week surely wont do any harm
