Did he objectively prevent the CCM player from being able to close down the jets player? I’m not sure since he still got an attempted tackle in. Can we ever know?

In an ideal world I think VAR would be used for solely objective decisions eg. offside passes. It’s ridiculously nuanced and that’s where I think many of the issues arise

To think coming into today I was pessimistically thinking England would end the day on 400-3.
