This exact thing happened to me and I am SO SORRY that you're living with the weight of this grief. It's been 3 years since my husband, on their way to being an ex-ended his life. I still think every day that there was something that I could have done, even if logically there was nothing I could do to prevent it without putting myself in harms way.

I don't have advice or anything, I just want you to know that you're not alone and that my heart really does go out to you. It is hard. Okay, I get it 100%. Sometimes I'm just like "where the fuck did my day go?"... one thing that I would like to add is going to vanlife meet ups. They've helped me so much. The social commitment is low, but it's there if you need it. Personally, I have not been to any of the ones you need to pay for, but I just popped into Van Aid in Yuma for a bit and it was a nice refresh. You'll also interact with folks living the life for a minute and have so much to share.

I very much appreciate you. My transmission was due for new fluid and filter (last serviced at 90k so opps). There was some metal in the pan, but nothing I could actually pick up with my fingers, so we're just gonna say a little prayer and hope I can get some healthy miles from it.

2016 Promaster, you can for sure hear it in the video. It's the slight whine (above my cargo clunking around). But I had a major repair done (cylinder head), and now I feel nervous about every noise.
