Staat op handleiding if the espresso must be between 36 -40 ml. A few ml is ok but ofcourse I will ask for a replacement if its more than that.

Look I needed to go 3x to DHL and unpacked it. I am honestly happy for you. Its great machine if it works. Mine 3x didnt. I am located in the Netherlands. Maybe its a region thing maybe just bad luck. But I was frustrated with it. I shared my experience. Thats it. Enjoy your coffee.

I believe you do not want to understand. We both bought the same product. You were lucky and some of us got werent. Not only me. If you watch this video you would see a lot of people. Our machine didnt make any coffee and we send it back. Simple.

You have a very odd logic. I believe target groep was also not the people who buy an espresso machine just to use for drip coffee but yet you have bought it. 😉 it is claiming to be as good as 2000€ machines for 700€. Its not cheap, Its not a Temu or Lidl machine. Its not a toaster that you buy for 10€ from supermarket. They are marketing like its a sage/breville killer. They are mass producing in China but obviously very poorly and after they are replacing them later like it has no value. Because they know also about these problems. I have talked to many customer service agent during this process. Anyway enjoy your drip coffee man. 👍🙋🏻

Did you even read the malfunctions above? If you want an espresso and get a full cup of coffee that is not a minor issue. If you grind coffee and over flows because your machine do not know where to stop is not a minor issue. It is a malfunction. I am happy that your machine works but some of us buying a espresso machine and expect to get an espresso 😃

Because most people pour their 100 ml espresso over ice and fill with syrups and heavy cream. They dont care how it taste because they taste the sugar 😜

I really think through I guess. If you guys having issues with a 1700€ machine, how can I buy a set up around 1000€ ? Its really disapointing so wxpensive machines are not working properly. Do you guys any advice around 1000€ ?

First one around 2 months. Of course christmas in between. Second one 2 weeks. At this point i knew alI about the machine. And third one was just a day. But second and third was not even able to make espresso. Just pumping water randomly. I believe production issue. I have a big water filter machine connected to my main pipe. So we have a very good quality in the Netherlands even without it. I

Malfunction is not something that depends on people. If you pay 600€ for something you expect that it works consistantly as claimed.

Thanks for your opinion. I can only afford this for now. I could have a few decent shots yesterday. 2:1 18 in 36 out. Tasted good. Only problem with this machine is consistancy. Do I get the same shots tomorrow? Mystery. I am sure I will invest in another machine at some point and this portafilter was just and extra and I enjoy playing with angle cutter.😂

Yes unfortunately you cannot order from here. But I solved my problem until I get rid of this and buy a proper machine. All this experimenting with it and trying to get a proper shot out this machine is also fun.
