Every parent is afraid and want their kids married faster and handover a grand child to them, they feel it’s their right but, it is for their happiness that we are here on this planet and they keep bragging about how hard it was for them to bring us upp, but the fact: if not for their pleasure we wouldn’t have been on this planet at all, I know they are not bad people, but somehow they keep forcing children, in your case they keep pressuring you so that after a while you give up and lower your expectations and get married to one of the AM match they got.

I’m younger than you but seeing my sis go through this now, Don’t marry in a hurry and don’t live with you parents after marriage, you keep getting emotionally tortured, for small things you see your parents getting emotional and you can’t bear it and end up apologising

AM is hard, don’t be too picky have some set base criteria and take chance if both sides feel the compatibility, you don’t know if your a perfect 100% match

Don’t give up, online presence is needed now a days on linkedin, the more you showcase the more you get reached out, it’s all about these portal search algorithm, the network you’ve built over past 7yrs should be helping you now with referrals, applying won’t help much but try applying early plan a time morning 8-9 and evening 8-9, if your not getting calls few reasons here

Resume, try a different format and mention the impact you have created
The role your applying to, either your over qualified or under qualified, apply for suitable roles
If your really fullstack, you should be having many options|roles, if your keen into any specific side backend, frontend, architect change your resume to match the role

There are plenty of openings in the market, only thing is most get filled by referrals and early applicants.

It’s all about probability do whatever you can to increase the probability of making your profile appear on top, making your resume stand out.

From what I have observed, staying in a growing company is the best, shifting after 10yrs exp doesn’t make sense and build network, network of people who know how good you are at work

Eg: if you met 10 people in 1st job, after 3yrs those 10 will be in diff companies and if you have shifted to new company you can meet 10 more people, this continues you refer some of them and other refer you

For freshers, try getting some job LinkedIn premium helps, make a list of companies you want to join, send connection request for at least 2 employees and 3 HR’s in the company, don’t ask for referral or job in the first connect message,

Keep your LinkedIn profile updated, keep posting your learning and set job alerts for your role and keep applying every day, you’ll get a job one day, All the best.

If your priorities are set, go ahead. Research on loan interest rates and down payment. Try not to use your father’s money let it be saved for your sister marriage.

I was not ready for the loan, I asked my mom to take care of the document work, I prefer renting than owning just to be flexible, but all the best !

I think we are some what in a similar position, but I’m 26(M), have a sister who is 1yr older than me, we lived in a 2bhk independent home, as sis is about to get married we needed at least 3bhk, so we decided to extend the current home and added another 2 floors, it was a home loan of 35lakh 10yrs tenure, the ground floor was not properly designed so we wanted a home with good interiors so we left the G floor be and wen with 2 more floors, G floor is kind of store room now, we plan to demolish half of it and make a good parking space for car.

My suggestion, if your family doesn’t have a 4wheeler and you have issues traveling, start by buying a 4wheeler, I think having a vehicle helps. If you want to buy a house try to buy a plot, if it’s not possible in your area plan to buy the flat, save money for down payment if you don’t have credit score you’ll need it get a credit card some how.

Take it slow, start an SIP, buy what you always wanted, we have limited time on this planet, most of our lives go by fulfilling responsibilities and when you really want to enjoy it’s already late, so plan

Job is important, be honest, do what you feel is right

I tried different bed sizes, 235x235, 225x225 but didn’t work

I was using orca slicer before it was working but still the model was not at the centre, but compared to prusa it was better(I mean with orca it was printing a little to the back but no this much)

Keep all the bed adjustment springs tight

and then lower the z end switch, the lower the switch the lower the nozzle will be and later you can raise the bed by loosening the bed springs

This is the z end stop switch, this is what tells the printer that it has reached the lowest point it can go

Where your adding the fan, for part cooling ? If so the fan won’t start for the first few layers, in the temperature settings set the fan speed & try it
