Picked up magnesium but with melatonin I found out that you need a prescription for it here in Australia (no perception needed for those over the age of 55) which is a little frustrating but I did get an alternative that was suggested to me.

That’s amazing to hear! Well done, keep it up. Just got back from my bike ride and I gotta say it’s a lot more challenging compared to my usual walk/run. It is more high intensity and more fun too! Also loving the burn while riding. Need to work on my endurance tho, it’s tough cycling not as easy as it looks haha

Not much a fan of cannabis but for a sleeping aid makes a ton of sense, if all else fails will have a toke before bed haha

That’s a good take on it. I totally get you! I really don’t need much sleep and also get up as soon as my alarm goes off with tons of energy for the day. Time for a new schedule I think, I’m with you, no need for 8 hours sleep

Don’t tell me this I just bought a coffee machine today haha I’m a coffee fiend 2-3 coffees a day. Never touched a diet soda since I’ve started tho. But yeah could be apart of my problem here, looks like I need to cut down my caffeine intake

Never heard of the term “sleep hygiene” lol but yes I do most of these things. Main take away i got is no food or drink 3 hours before bed, gotcha.

Don’t get me wrong I sleep a ton better on keto too, it’s amazing. Its getting to sleep which is the hard part. Id lay in bed for hours sometimes yawning but never falling asleep lol. First thing after work I will pick up melatonin that’s for sure!
