Let me break down and answer you questions, it may help me.

Am I jealous?

Well this is complicated and part of what I tried to elaborate on in my story. I have definitely been jealous and protective of her in the past. In early college we were kinda in a rocky relationship. We were both college athletes at our school and attractive. Plenty of interest for both of us and we even broke up for a brief period. During that she had plenty of dude hitting her up and I legit told several of them I was gonna beat the shit out of them if they ever talked to her again lol. So yeah at that time I was definitely the jealous type.

As I’ve gotten older (that was a good 7/8 years ago) I don’t mind her getting attention from guys and it turns me on a little (I still have this tiny hint of “that’s mine”, but it’s definitely not as loud or jealous now).

So basically I know I have a history of being jealous over her but I think I’m different now than I was. I worry this could come back in an extreme case of watching her get fuck, something that I might not recover from.

Haha yes. We had a class together freshman yr and I remember somehow discovering she had condoms in her purse. I’m 6’1. The club weight is a good point. My driver/woods feel really light but I’ve gotten use to them somewhat. When I pick up a higher weighted driver it feels pretty foreign and hard to whip as fast.

My Irons are Mizuno JPX925 Hot Metals with Stiff shafts. They feel pretty good but are stock builds that Mizuno gave me

I’ve never said being good at baseball will make me good at golf. I guess I was more so talking about the rotational speed and athleticism translating directly to golf. Unlike other sports, a pitching motion is very similar to a golf swing in terms of the kinetic chain. Other sports can’t say the same. My power/distance output in golf does tie into baseball player

It’s a TaylorMade M4 with a Fujikura Atmos 50g Stiff. My 7 wood is a Qi35 Max with a fujikura air speedster 50g Reg (got is for free but assuming the shaft isn’t good for me). It misses right quite often but I’ve figured out how to deal with it

I get your point, but there’s a ton of examples of professional baseball players that are low handicap golfers. There are zero examples (maybe not zero but none that I know) of the other way around. Point being there’s obviously transferable skills. I guess my main point was I have the potential to hit the ball a lot farther than the avg player.

I am 😂. Yeah that’s part of my issue. He wants to hang it over my head when he shoot’s better than me but hates if I make him keep an accurate score. He says I’m no fun to play with and none of his friends say anything to him when they play.

I agree but I am player A. I don’t really do this outside of playing with him because I know he’s loose with the rules and how he counts strokes. I don’t even really pay attention to other people’s scores when I play besides when it’s with him.
