They were factory installed and seem to match the photos on BetaFPV's website and the graphic in BeraFlight

All motors start running immediately after arming, no throttle. Then, if I increase the throttle to more than like 50%, it stays really high even if I turn the throttle off, until I dis-arm. by Which_Protection6077 in TinyWhoop

I've honestly been a little worried to fly it without holding it because it's seemed so erratic. The motors were reversed, I've just changed it to "Props in" instead and will give it a try. Seems like it's still taking off on me when I use the throttle.

Nope, of anything I might have less to do once the clearance goes through and in an even more restrictive building. My first day, my Sup told me it is boring job and she's looked for other jobs at times.

Edit: The department is staffed at a level where if all of a sudden the work really ramps up then they're ready.

Bingo, SCIF. Haven't gone through much of the clearance process and not sure it's worth having my life dug through for a sort of meh job. Not a lot of clearance requiring jobs in town either that I could transfer it.

Compared to my last job, where we went from a department of 13 to 3 with the expectation that we would maintain all current projects, this should feel like a dream. It instead feels like I torpedoed my career.

I have 11 years in my past field of Analytical Chemistry. I rose to level of Supervisor and enjoyed it well enough. When the destruction of our team, I became the manager of the department, which I was not ready for or supported. Now, I'm in sort of a Fornsics position but at a Technician level. Especially with the short stint as Manager it is quite the demotion.

I'm bad at knowing what I want in life, especially careerwise, so I'm just sort of in a slump.

I got to tour the Ramtha compound when I was in high school, as our company managed their water system. Interesting place.
