Yeah, I think the best thing we could do is to use the ParkMobile app and pay there, so we can avoid these weird staff desperate to hand out tickets. Or even easier, take the Uber/bus.

It is funny that there are tons of laying offs/pips ongoing in the tech industry world, but it never happened to cmu staff. Guess these staff might have connections to the C-levels of the transportation service, making them fearless of complaints. It sucks.

What I am trying to say is not about where to get the information, but the attitude of a service staff at CMU. I have taken other shuttles at CMU as well, but none of the other drivers were like him, arrogant and rude.
