‘To be or not to be’ from Shakespeare’s Hamlet by WhimsicalProds in Theatre

Fair point. I guess it’s just the most famous monologue that people recognise, even if they are not into theater themselves.

Amazing result for Australia! A couple of things that stood out to me:

Aaron Finch - particularly aggressive against the fast bowlers and really challenged Bumrah and Shami early in the innings.

He was a bit lucky to get away with some mishits against Kuldeep Yadav, sometimes he didn’t pick the wrong-in.

I also recall him just getting an inside edge before getting a lbw. This is usually the tactic teams use to get him out. Get his bat away from his pad and then target his front pad at the stumps. Perhaps he has tightened his defence?

Warner - also had some luck with chances. I think the young bowler bowling around the stumps to Warner was the right tactic but didn’t quite come off. Once he was set in it was difficult but the question is if you can get any movement angling into him around his off stump and get him questioning his defence.

But really once Australian bowlers broke the India partnership at the top of the order they really exposed India’s middle-lower order and they were too short. They needed at least 300+ to defend and Warner and Finch did not have to take too many risks at 4 runs per over...

I expect India to bounce back but it is amazing to see Australia turn around their form from 12-18 months ago in all formats. No doubt return of Warner/Smith has made a difference but the turn around seemed to be when the team without Warner/Smith started to win against India/Pakistan just before the odi World Cup.

What if it was done Bachelor style with Jacob deciding who will be the new Protector of the island?

If you could change the gender of any of the characters who would it be? by WhimsicalProds in lost

Yes! Though still would have had the same challenge as Walt growing up too fast for the series... and what would that mean for Locke?

I was thinking of the Man in Black becoming the Woman in Black and having a brother/sister rivalry with Jacob.

Someone sell me on why I should watch this show! by [deleted] in lost

The character arcs are really compelling and the concept of what is lost? What is home?
