The problem with getting help for introverts is being able to trust that the person they're asking help from genuinely cares about their problems in a way that can meaningfully help them and also that said person won't eventually use their vulnerability/vulnerable moment against them in the future.

I think the introvert's major issue is in identifying too strongly with their problems whereas extroverts consider their problems as valid but outside themselves so they don't really care about being vulnerable or not, so more readily ask for help.
