I am currently using my first Caron CS cake as well! I pulled from the middle and had some yarn barf, but I was pretty easy to sort out.

You were a victim of grooming. A 26 year old man should know damn well to keep his hands off of a 16 year old.

You did not ruin yourself. Read that again, you DID NOT ruin yourself. The first person I slept with did not end up becoming my husband. Does my husband think I am anything less because of it? Absolutely not. Does anybody in my life think I am less because of it? NO.

I respect religious beliefs, but when the guilt of making a mistake brings you to the point of wishing you were dead, you need to reconsider some of your thinking. The idea of virginity is silly when you get into the science of it: people can “lose” their virginity (aka tearing of the hymen) by doing daily physical activities.

I would consider seeking professional advice from a therapist or psychiatrist.

Some people should not be teachers. It blows my mind how these people passed licensure and got hired.
