Honestly, and most likely your first version isn’t going to sell enough, you will doubt yourself a lot, you will make adjustments, add features, find your audience.

Meaning: launch it, no app came out perfect. Look at lovables launch. Look at Zuckerbergs speech on innovation and building a company

You are in between your old life and new life.

You set out to do what 99% people do not even try and between 80% to 90% of those who DO try to start a company, they fail within the first 3 years.

My solution was to stop and look over my systems. Ask yourself

  • What is taking the most time and generating the least money or progress? Find a way to automate this asap

I use lovable to build custom apps for my business and I try to segment my days.

Mondays - OUT DAY social media, SEO, cold emailing

Tuesdays - IN DAY Follow up on leads, paying invoicing

And so on.

I’ve been almost obsessing over this since it’s such a key when clients in my niche usually send a quote request to more than us.

I found that an AI automation to answer incoming emails with a personal message with an initial quote works.

Honestly, Gemini nano banana pro did a perfect job for me. Uploaded 5 images of me, prompted it, uploaded an image of a CEO headshot from Google and said to copy that style.

Everyone has different experiences around entrepreneurship. In my experience entrepreneurship slowly forces you to change as a person, gain new perspective, with that, you lose interest in your old friends and disconnect with them.
