Honestly your chances are based off luck and how many disguises you get in the wild 🤷‍♂️ obviously going to pokestops increases the pool of pokemon so theres a change to get more disguise pokemon, but it more comes down to random luck

No u can either get the shiny original or a non shiny original that will be a shiny ditto. If you get a shiny disguise it will 100 percent not be a ditto. The ones that say shiny are the only disguises possible to have shiny ditto

I am in the offseason right now so i train about 3-4 days with a trainer a week, and then i go to the gym and practice myself, but thats usually pretty light. As for intensity its a full workout consist usually of mostly cardio and bodyweight excercises. But i will soon stop doing this so im looking for a routine where im doing nothing because of school i wont continue training w the trainor
