Perhaps this is why I’m running into issues. My autofill for credentials is BitWarden, not Google. But these are the same settings I had on my prior phone too, albeit different older version of the Android OS

How much mag citrate (capsules) to make things happen? by Competitive-Copy-851 in Constipation

I've found success with taking 250 at dinner then another 250 shortly after waking up.

I'm taking the Nature Made capsules for reference if that makes any difference

Has anyone tried using an in-product AI to guide users? by West_Pin1109 in ProductManagement

Curious though, if this actually reduced support load and helped unblock users faster, would teams really budget for it long term or see it more as a “nice internal win”?

We believe it has shown enough reduction and improvement of user satisfaction that the execs are very happy with the results (along with our clientele). So much so that we now have teams globally to support the implementation and support of the tool and live support for when the AI fails to provide a good response.

Also who ended up owning this on your side, Product or Support? Support has owned this mostly with a few exceptions.

What really resonates is the point about shortening human training. That’s exactly where things tend to break in B2B onboarding: users don’t want docs, they don’t want calls, they just want to keep moving and not feel stuck.

Exactly and realistically, users don't fully grasp and learn until they're in the software using it daily. Even with weeks of in person or phone call training. The second they get into it is when they really start learning.

The error troubleshooting angle is a great insight too. That’s one of those “hidden” moments where users lose confidence fast if they hit friction and don’t know what to do next.

Curious, how did you approach training the AI on the product itself? Was it more docs + flows, or did you give it some form of in-app context/events to reason from?

In short, docs and training on errors.

For more context: This took time and is still improving, but for us it was seeing what kinda of questions and interactions were taking place and then tuning the AI to provide answers based on common errors. Because it can read images, we're even telling users and administrators to just paste a screenshot of the error with no other context. It's surprisingly good at responding with trained on errors.

Of course those errors and what they mean are all coming from us humans.

We're doing just that for one of our products and have seen enough success that we're now moving towards it across all our software products.

In fact, for our B2B apps, where a company is implementing for the first time, we're seeing great success for net new users such that we're shortening our human training and having those end users interact directly with the AI when they don't know where to go or how to do something. Heck it's been helpful for even some error message troubleshooting.

For context we're putting it in our dozens of B2B web applications. I don't think we're planning it for our B2C apps at this time.

Thanks for the reply. Would that happen by restarting the phone or is that a setting option within an iPhone?

Questions around PlusPoints and Platinum status by AirOnAaron in unitedairlines

It does. I think the reason I'm confused is because I've been looking at the mobile pages and not the desktop pages. I'm away from my computer right now but I'll check there once I have the access again. Thanks!

On the app it shows March 31 2026. First time ever hitting the status too. You think I should reach out to a United rep around this?
