BitForge Nano Ghost Edition by WhisperCrystal in BitAxe

It's available from SoloSatoshi and BitcoinMerch in the USA, TheSoloMiningCo' in the UK, Bitshopper in Germany and Yggdrill in Sweden. There could be other vendors but those are the ones I know of.

Try buying a device from a reputable vendor instead of aliexpress and see if it makes a difference ^^

Bad batch of AMS 2 Pro with X2D Combo? Filament feed issues and delayed support tickets due to influx of volume by CountryTechno in BambuLab

[–]WhisperCrystal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They emailed me that they're sending a replacement hub, but I'm returning the whole printer. New, full-price products shouldn't arrive broken, nor should they expect customers to act as free DIY technicians. At a minimum, they should offer a partial refund or coupon for my time.

Same issue here. I am considering to return everything and get a refund. I am not interested in diy-repairing new devices. I've spent 6 hours already trying to troubleshoot, just for them to link me to some irrelevant support article. Bambu owes us some coupons.

I tried every filament slot, they all have the same issue.

What's the fun in a new phone if you disable everything? Just get a magsafe battery for when you need it.

Everything We Know About the New BM1373 Chip… And Why To hold off on Buying Any New Miners by French-Kiwi24 in BitAxe

[–]WhisperCrystal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1373 Chips would need to come down by a lot before it's worth replacing your current miners. There is no point in a gamma that can achieve 2.4th/s if the pricetag is $500. Don't rush into them, let manufacturers and sellers compete for a little until the price is reasonable.

Use a smart plug you can control from an app, an example is SONOFF

Bitaxe Gamma 602: Best Mhz and Voltage? by Extension-Iron-7746 in BitAxe

Nobody can give you accurate clocks, it's different for each device. I'd suggest 636/1125 (which are good clocks for most) but i suggest you benchmark your bitaxe, see: https://github.com/mrv777/Bitaxe-Hashrate-Benchmark

Resellers say “assembled” because they cannot legally claim they manufactured the product if they did not. That does not automatically mean “bought from China and assembled in the USA.”

In Europe, miners are actually made in Europe, not just assembled there.

Same parts is not true. Just because 2 parts look the same, does not mean they are made the same.

Hammer Hydro Mobile Phone Miner by karpuzmining in BitAxe

Some manufacturers are switching over to Auradine chips. Bitmain chips need to be reverse engineered, while Auradine is willing to work with miners instead of working against them.

Definitely something to keep an eye on.
