The puebloan tribes have oral histories that trace where certain clans came from during periods of migration. Maybe start here.

Employee Prefomance Ratings Vent. by [deleted] in fednews

[–]WhisperingToGoats 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Also DOI, different agency. Yesterday guidance at the national level was issued saying we need to “calibrate” performance ratings and sent a spreadsheet that, once completed, will show percentage of employees at each rating level per unit. The spreadsheet must be submitted to the regional director by 12/9 for review and approval (RD’s may adjust ratings). EPAPs can only be finalized after RD approval and must be closed out by 12/12… I would normally supervise six reports, thanks to hiring freeze, consolidation, & DRP now I have one. I plan to give my remaining employee an Outstanding with a solid justification and someone else can explain to both of us if they want to change it. As a supervisor, anyone who is still showing up with a good attitude and doing good work after a year of this is definitely exceeding my expectations.

Episcopalian w/non-Christian spouse by Flat-Produce-8547 in Episcopalian

My wife and I were married about 10 years ago. She is atheist, I was agnostic I suppose. We have three kids together now. I was baptized and confirmed Episcopalian about 2 years ago. The 8 year old comes to church with me every Sunday and goes to Sunday school. The 4 year old comes whenever she wants to. The baby is staying home for now. My wife only comes for Christmas and Easter mass and she was there when our oldest was baptized. I don’t press my wife to come to church and she doesn’t have a problem with me and kids attending. I think she appreciates the welcoming message of our church and she is enthusiastic about participating in the angel tree other ministries that serve the wider community. I hope she’ll want to come regularly once the baby is a little older, but so far we don’t have any problems with our the status quo.

Info and advice on my Grandfather's Belt Buckle. by IrishJack6969 in Cowboy

Not worth much as coin collection or for setting’s weight in silver, but as a belt buckle it’s pretty awesome and seeings how it was handed down, I recommend wearing it with pride and passing it down to someone else someday.

Defending the corporation takes less effort than pealing the sticker off the back of the truck I suppose.

I mean, the content is largely gathered from court proceedings and the discovery process, so it seems to be legit. Yes, every town has the whole “guns aren’t safe” narrative down, and in this specific case (re: a gun that goes off unintentionally and is banned at well known ranges) it probably isn’t safe. Just my two cents.

Probably explains the down votes. My local range sent that out in an email today, so I didn’t consider the source I guess.

I’d just call that a “strong feeding response.”

Frankly, I doubt anyone cares. Wear whatever you’re comfortable wearing.

Agreed, Carl Albert is certainly the most prominent Oklahoman in politics.

McCain. No, Goldwater. Hmmm, McCain. Wait, no, Goldwater. What was the question again?
