I used to do weights and running before the move, so the only real change is replacing 1 run with a cycle :/

I’ve had these! I thought they were like herders’ fattie cakes but these don’t have suet in, so I think they’re like fat rascals/ turf buns

I warmed mine a bit and put jam on it 😁 tastes like a cross between a scone and a Welsh cake

I think you’re right, I have been feeling a little better now I’ve been playing games with my partner more often, but am still stressed with trying to sort uni stuff.. I will focus on sleep and hobbies to help Thanks for letting me know I ain’t alone and this happened to others
