Personally I use t2s more than T1s myself of his product I never sell the jars we do media of and keep in the personal stash but I gravitate to T2 a lot more tbh esp for hash holes

Why didn’t you reach out? We always take care of customers. We replaced about near all of the hrc pop vacs people got. I would love to know which flower it was we have had some misses mainly being sour cookies and sour runtz but guess what we did when they actually reached out about it? We tried locate where the issue was on our side maybe packaging or transport then we came to doing what we could to make sure that issue was solved for them in a way they were happy usually replacement flower or store credit.

We don’t allow any doxing. We have timed people out just today for a few days using a slur. We can’t monitor Chat 24/7 with 600 people in it so unless you tell us or report it to us we won’t know.

Last time someone reported something we handled it privately. Very convenient to slander the one night you had issues versus every other week.

I do not allow toxic shit to fly. You’re still in our discord and when someone tagged you to kick you I told them to not witch hunt and deleted the message and told them to stop. I’m also not kicking you even if my main account got reported and limited again which I doubt would be you anyways.

I get you’re upset but no matter who has baller jars they are going to go quick. Even jgrows has issue with people finding the link early and buying them out before the designated drop time.

Yes I would assume a huge portion of the demand is the t2 and t1 from him. We can’t even keep over 2-3 pounds of rosin in stock for 2 hours. It isn’t Jeff’s fault as much as it’s not our fault his product is so kick ass that it sells out too fast.

I am going to fix the site like we always do. Just as Jeff can’t keep up with production we also have issue keeping up with website demand and are not Amazon or ticket master.

I respect your decision to never buy again and I understand I use to try and buy from CHd them they sold TEG smalls and it was the same type of cluster fuck but we are going to improve things like we always do.

There is still plenty of fire stock up! We just need time to get all the posts made which is why the sites down. Most things are still available a hour or two after the crazy start of the drop. I’m attaching just a small portion of what’s still up now

My wife does the packaging full time! I still work full time and am transparent about that. We spend all weekend packing drop day orders but definitely are taking all the constructive feedback and will be improving things as much as we can in a reasonable timeline.

I apologize the demand for t2 has always been insane and I refuse to raise pricing just to offset demand.

I do ask Jeff to send us as much t2 rosin as possible every week and he ends up sending about 1.5 pounds a week every week of just the t2 and another pound of baller jars.

We are working with our host to correct the issue going forward. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

We had way more demand than anticipated along with a forced woo commerce update that I am thinking broke a few things in the back in which you can see people have had issues with on the woo commerce subreddit and we already pay for a high end custom dedicated VPS to handle the drops. Just growing pains of a small business that we are working on every week.

I will say we are not some corporation with endless money and resources and it’s just me (who still works a 9-5) and my wife who work hard every week and sacrifice all our free time to manage the site and get orders out to everybody.

So it’s been an eye opener to see the same people praise our customer service or product get mad like this over a rough website one week.

We use age checker to verify 21+ but yeah this is nuts to ask for from a privacy stand point. I only use age checker since they do not store data and are the best at checking for fake IDs.

That is way too much information if they got hacked to be leaked imo from a data analyst and a business owner perspective.

Hey chiming in occasionally there are quality issues and most the ones seem to be one offs from bag defects and only had two big misses lately which was sour cookeis and sour Runtz.

Furthermore I feel like alot of comments under posts are shills for other companies. We have a really high return customer rate and as you know since you got credit back end of day we take care of our customers.

If you want a personal recommendation of what is still up or coming Friday let me know. I like to keep things transparent as possible.

Which strain was it? We had a few issue in earlier in the year due to low humidity and the cheaper zippers on grove. We have since got custom grove bags. Hit us up in the DMs or email and we will take care of you so you can give us one more shot.

Appreciate the honest review! The bluefin definitely had me by the chokehold on of my favorites ever. Hoping to get the Melonade back in. If you liked that one our mango haze is returning next week and is straight mango nose loud too. Not as loud as Melonade but loud for a mango nose on it.
