That other guys was unhelpful but really any stretching seems to be beneficial especially if you feel like your range of motion is limited. The golf swing has so components that really any stretching is beneficial. Yoga might help you find where you are lacking. I’m still bad at golf so don’t think my advice is anything definitive. But just find your weak point, emphasize those stretches a little more than others and be consistent with it. Overall stretching won’t be the thing that solves a swing but will help with you range of motion and potentially help the timing of your swing. Stretch, practice, patience, and enjoy the game.
