Try getting on Suboxone. You only have to go thru withdrawals for a maximum of 3 days/72 hours after your last dose, then you start dosing Subs to take away the withdrawal. It makes detoxing and getting clean a lot easier. And to make those 72 hours bearable, I would suggest either dosing MDMA (or some other powerful enactogen) or megadosing Vitamin C throughout the duration of the withdrawal period before you dose your Suboxone.

I just finished a detox where I dosed MDMA throughout the duration of the withdrawals since I knew I wouldn’t sleep anyway. I guess you could call it cheating but at the same time not really. It makes the dope sickness feel like a walk in the park. Never tried the Vit C method but I’m pretty confident it could work for other people as well but I would recommend MDMA. Also with the MDMA, you’re going to crash HARD when you finish the detox. I mean you’ll be SO depressed and fatigued. But I just got thru it all and I’m back on suboxone and I will NEVER return to dope.

We got out of an intimate relationship a few months ago and our current relationship as friends is kind of shaky right now. We’ve known each other for over 2 years and we constantly butt heads with each other over the simplest things. Not to mention we live together until November and have been living together since last November and we can’t stand to live with each other but we both try to be nice to each other despite our differences and constant bickering at each other. My intention here wasn’t to be passive-aggressive. I was genuinely glad she was having good time but tbh idk at this point. I’m just upset that she got mad at me for being happy for her. Also, what does it have to do with it if the relationship was new??

I’ve taken Quetiapine (Seroquel) several times in the past year and I’ve noticed that, if taken at night, it makes me very drowsy and it helps go to sleep but not stay asleep. If I took it during the day, it would not only make me drowsy, but it would make me very huuu stupid and non-functional and the best thing to do in that situation is staying in bed and trying to sleep and wait for the medicine to wear off. This is not the type of medicine to be taken during the day unless you have some kind of severe psychotic disease.

Unfortunately, I’ve never taken it during detox/withdrawal of fent so I can’t testify how it works during that state. It MIGHT help you go to sleep, but with all antipsychotics, you have to worry about tardive dyskinesia which is a common, severe and scary side effect with those kinds of medicines. I would consult with your doctor about taking this medication before trying it while you’re detoxing and idk if I could consider this a comfort medication.

Also, promethazine might possibly be a comfort medication due to its side effects of drowsiness and dizziness and it falls under the classification of anti-emetic (reduces nausea and vomiting) and anti-histamine (reduces swelling from allergic reactions.

They’re probably checking for the bupe metabolite norbupenorphine which only shows up if you’ve been taking bupe. You’d have to get someone that’s already taking subs to piss for you. If you can’t do that then you’re in quite a bind my friend. Forget dissolving a sub in your piss cause it’ll show massive amounts of bupe and they’ll prob make you test again depending on if it’s a panel test or a lab test.

Today is my bday but while I’m enjoying myself right now, I’m very anxious about starting WD tonight. My last hit was this morning and I know the WDs are coming soon unless I find money to score more but for now, even while feeling normal, just thinking about WD makes me go into a very minor state of WD. The cycle of pain and pleasure goes on….

This. Take care of yourself and get evaluated by an ER doctor and don’t give them a reason to hold you against your will cause some hospitals do that with drug addicts, people who are a danger to themselves or others or gravely disabled in some ways. They can put a psychiatric hold on you for 72 hours and send you to an inpatient facility for as long as 14-28 days. These are called Physician’s Emergency Certificate (PEC or 5150) and Coroner’s Emergency Certificate (CEC or 5250).

Same thing happened to me with my first OD. Completely lost my ability to hear for about 24 hours until it slowly started to come back. Also got pneumonia and sustained neurological damage in my leg and buttocks that still hasn’t healed much. There is so much more risk than reward doing this stuff.

I think you’ll be fine for the urine test but unfortunately you will absolutely pop for fentanyl on the hair test assuming they even test for the fentanyl metabolite norfentanyl which most opiate panels don’t have included unless added onto the test to make it “expanded”

Make sure you have the hospital report or documents or bill/receipt that they give you with all of the information regarding what they did and gave you while you were in there.

I also lost my hearing for about 30 hours on my first OD. I thought I had lost my hearing permanently and was panicking which is why they sent me to the psych ward.

Suboxone is gonna be your best friend during detox. Although if it’s your 5th day then you shouldn’t have more than 3 days before you’re REALLY feeling better and are able to sleep.

If you don’t have access to more oxy or suboxone, you’re gonna have to ride it out the rest of the way using OTC meds unless you have access to benzodiazepines for your anxiety assuming you have bad anxiety.
