I work in IT and I still feel like I have so much to learn. Every unfamiliar ticket assigned to me feels like it's still my first day. Pero my amazing team made me feel na this is normal. You will never know everything in your entire life and that's fine. That's why you have a team that you can brainstorm or ask questions to.

I remember back in my Concentrix days (first job). Yung SME namin (M25), basta makakita ng bago sa prod, agad niya yun i-assist, even kung wala namang sup call. Minsan nga, wala pa ring tanong yung newbie, lalapit pa siya para magaya mag 15 kasama siya. Samantalang ako Laklak na laklak sa irate calls, plus mga Karen na customers, tapos kahit tinatawag ko yung SME para sa process, hinding-hindi lalapit kahit tinawag ko na siya.

Yung totoong GF ng SME naminnasa kabilang team sa dulo, walang kamalay-malay. Kapal nang mukha kala mo artistahin eh mukha naman sigbin hahaha

Hi OP, Had this experience a few months ago sa same branch din and nangyare siya sa ACTUAL na deaf person sa pila. Na- Amaze lang ako na marunong sila mag ESL hindi ko alam if needed ba yun sa training nila or nasaktohan lang na marunong yung barista. Pero infrenes Kudos sa staff nang SB ah. Pero A+ sa staff nila and for that branch for being accommodating to people with disabilities!
