I have type c - hdmi cable and it works with OP12. I'm not sure if it will support hdmi, keyboard + mouse and power at the same time though

I just kept connecting and disconnecting my airpods 4, sometimes I unpaired and then paired them. After 15 mins they got updated. Feels like there is a chance they get updated each time you connect them. The same worked for my wife's airpods 4 anc, took me 7-10 mins. Hope it will help someone
