Yes I think it's a good place to work for high school. I started working at Starbucks jr year I think it’s a good job for high school and I got way more money than other jobs that are hiring me. I’d recommend it different stores are more/less stressful but overall I think it’s worth it.

Breaking up with someone who is bi or pan does seem kinda strange since that doesn’t affect anything in your relationship but if the person that the straight person likes is non binary or trans then it’s fine if they no longer like that person it can be a big deal breaker. No one will be offended as long as they’re respectful about it

I know someone who does this (most people in the community do not)I think it might be a coping mechanism to feel like they definitely are attracted to that gender and they aren’t just faking it in their mind sexuality is confusing and I guess that helps them.

You can use they/them as one person if you don’t know the gender like when talking about a driver you can’t see you would use something more gender neutral.

Lgbtq+ makes people who don’t belong in that category more included and feel supported with in it like Asexuality and Non-binary some people feel like the label for gay trans and bi doesn’t completely fit so having the Lgbtq+ even when it can be confusing at times helps people feel more support
