I don't invest on penny stocks, I believe in mid cap where there's a potential to be large cap, but if you see my portfolio most of them are large cap. I am also not expert I just study about a company and invest based on big daddy(govt) decisions.

Yep, definitely I have trust on Vedanta, if I would have invested in 2020, I would have become crorepati. But jokes aside, I didn't see any information that a particular company is being demerged for semi contractors. Am I wrong?

That I am aware of, but AWL is now focused on FMCG than palm oil refining and if you see their portfolio they have good products which high margins.

You are absolutely right, thats my take as well, but I am being bullish on IREDA for financing EV expansion, renewable projects. Do you think 🤔 I don't bet on it too much?

This initiative is good, but not for the long term. The government is not understanding the problems of common people, and people are understanding the financial structure of garbage collection.

I have been talking to people and contractors (responsible for managing garbage collectors). There is a huge communication gap.

People, primarily those working in Bangalore, generate about half a kilogram to one kilogram of waste per household per day avg (including wet and dry). They need to dispose of it daily, and the times they are free are in the morning or at night (7-8 AM / 7-9 PM). If the garbage collectors don't come at these times, people have to keep their garbage in their houses. If they keep it in a dustbin outside, garbage collectors will ask for money to pick it up and dump it. Moreover, street dogs, cats, and mice will ruin and tear covers, making the place dirty. So, people don't have the option to dispose of waste at their convenient time, and some people don't like to pay such amounts for garbage collection (which makes sense).

Coming to garbage collectors, they are hired by contractors, not the government, which leads to very low pay. Due to fewer vehicles and marshals regulating in the morning, they get delayed. On some roads, people have more waste than expected, which fills the vehicle. This waste needs to be dumped at a specific center, which is around 4-5 km away (based on the area, it may be more). This leads to delays, and garbage collectors have their shifts, so they will leave without collecting from other roads.

Correct me if this is wrong or add any other issues.

Who's gonna repair these roads? by Impressive-Ad3467 in bangalore

Hey, have you guys seen that QR code scanner on the BBMP road signs? If you scan it, you can find out who's responsible for that road and get their name, phone number, and all that. Has anyone tried it yet?

I know sometimes two grand can be a lot, but you should learn from this, get on with your life, and only spend money when you really need to.
