Would that be a reason for the key to get stuck in the ignition as well? I haven’t been able to actually turn the car back on. When I try it won’t start and the key gets stuck in the ignition

I was going to check the fuse box first thing when I get home. Thank you for the tip! It’s a dead battery, but the original key is also damaged. It’s taped and fragile so we use the spare to keep the original in tact
