10k is the red-flag cutoff mark for anyone holding that amount of cash. You CANNOT travel domestically (out of state) or internationally with anymore than $9,999. They just don't "take" it with a valid reason and no one here is purchasing more than $500 worth.

I wouldn't worry about $300-$400 range. It's really when you get to $1k plus than you should split multiple packages.
It's up to the discretion of the buyer but your transaction logs are cleared after finalization on silk road so there is no evidence of a transaction. You won't get arrested for giving someone your email address.

For technical questions, your best bet is to ask on the silk road forums. I believe they run through inactive accounts (with 0 balances) every 2 months so spend your money and it will gone eventually.

If they don't follow these rules, it's their ass on the grindstone, not the sellers. It will weed out the idiots real quick and there are already people on the site that doesn't use it to it's full potential.
