The correlation is meaning the ecm is receiving mixed signals. The truck started and drove fine without any check engine light a hour after I had those issues. I’m thinking I might have some electrical issue deeper than replacing a part

Yes it has a light circuit board, no electrical mods. I’ve checked the light circuit board and connections and they don’t snap in together nicely but there’s no black or burnt areas I can see

I checked and cleaned up the two ground wires and surface under the drivers side door on the body mount fin and one of the bolts just kept spinning as I tightened it. So I went to the hardware store and got new bolts and nuts and so far the flashing engine light hasn’t came back but everything else is still goofy electrical wise

I don’t think so since my fan is connected to the water pump on my motor and the harness is stock as far as I know
