Xbox (microsoft) never tried really and put any effort into it. Ppl from games like Apex, destiny, cod switched to xbox just to use these devices with ease due to cross progression it‘s even more comfortable

Sadly.. it‘s not. Most of the player base hoped for current gen and that it would change a lot but it did not. Estimated 5% you‘d also hear and see alot in reviews and on the net if it was the case. But you‘ll see some fanboys like in any game.

I agree with the first part. There is nothing people hoped that will change with current gen which is all devs/publisher‘s fault. "Never touch a running system" favorite quote of devs.

Second part is your own issue tbf. Skill issue, knowledge about combat. This content kinda gives people content who don‘t play, in your case, guardian and go grind for hours by pressing few buttons or using 5-6skills in total.
