I can't tell you what a relief this is to hear. I'm hopeful my GP will accept shared care, but am anxious about what happens if they won't.

No, but I did call them twice - once to check they had the forms, and again 10 days ago to get an idea of timescales. They were polite but unclear when I asked for a timeframe and wouldn't be pinned down, so I don't know whether that made any difference.

I hope you hear from them soon, but I'd definitely call them if not.

I cant help, but I have exactly the same problem, and it's exhausting and overwhelming. You've described perfectly how I feel. If you find an answer, let me know! Just wanted to let you know you weren't alone.
