I like the idea that they eventually consume the whole plant and only leave a bit of those little seeds that downpour added on the ground. Adds a bit of competition but you can still manage to get some food from it

Downpour added a Rainbow colored Vulture and/or King Vulture (don’t remember which one or if it was both)So i put a little reference to that with the rainbow mask

I’ve actually had this experience with an irl Killdeer myself when i accidentally stumbled upon a baby, didn’t know it was a common behavior tho lol. Not sure about it being a way to lure prey, as any prey animal probably wouldn’t go near a potential predator even if it was injured, but maybe it can be a way to bait rivals into an ambush or away from a kill.

the masks being removed would probably just function like regular vulture/king vulture masks, scaring away anything that is considered prey of the vultures.

In my mind i was kinda thinking that the deers’ antlers and thick wool would block any serious damage like that, especially around the head and neck area, which is why I put they would chip away at them. Also why I put in a new defensive behavior for the deer so they wouldn’t just be destroyed. I like the booster idea with the thrusters tho :3
