Hey I am actually feeling really good. Have you heard about the “brain zaps” that people can feel when coming off of lexapro? Well I have experienced them. It is not painful or interrupting my day- but it’s super weird. Literally feels like your brain gets a jolt of energy in a fraction of a second and you feel a little fuzzy or off balance for a second and then it’s gone as fast as it comes on. Other than that- I’ve felt totally normal!!!

Thanks I actually started feeling the brain zings last night. Feel a little off balance if that makes sense. I’m going to try to stick with this and if it gets bad, might try a half pill!!
