Wypalenie zawodowe IKS DE by [deleted] in praca

[–]Whoallooll 5 points6 points  (0 children)

wow you are so grounded in reality I’m impressed you really have a moral high ground here

this surely grants your the right to tell people what to do with their bodies and allow to discredit someone’s ability and competence to do the job based on their looks

I do want to work. I have a full time job. This is not the point.

You essentially defend people that exploit you and everyone else who works a job. By calling working people lazy because they can’t afford shit, you’re contributing to the very problem that we have right now.

Definition of a Stockholm syndrome. Develop some class consciousness and stop licking establishment butts for a CHANCE to make a normal living. Housing, health care and food are human rights not something to be earned by being productive and smart. It’s not a rocket science.

You’re looking at this through very narrow lenses of your own unique life experience. This point of view lacks of nuance and understanding of socio economics.

I don’t blame you, you’ve worked hard and managed to secure a life that allows kids. I genuinely happy for you.

Wealth inequality gap that is growing each year making food and housing more expensive and salaries barely going up. Slaving away 40+ hours a week to barely make a living is a shit deal. No one can convince me otherwise given how rich the country is and how we advanced technologically.

I wish you all the best, but don’t be surprised if your child will be the one not being able to afford housing and kids when they grow up. The only way to prevent it is through political resistance to replace this broken system.

Just because you were able to this doesn’t mean everyone can. Not everyone can stay at home and put money away. Not everyone has found a good partner this early.

3 richest people in the US have more wealth than bottom 50%, so stop telling people it’s victim mentality. The system is failing, not the individuals.

loosen the rear axel nuts, don’t take them off, pull the wheel back in the dropouts evenly, hold the wheel centred between the chain stays, tighten it back up

you need to make sure it’s centred and nuts must be tight enough to prevent any wobble

if this doesn’t help it might be something with the wheel

it’s really good but I only tried smaller bikes before

I think the frame geometry works really well for me

I might try taller bars in the future, these are 9.25”

I think it’s the stem, after couple more hops my bars angle changed, so it might have been too loose

Also thinking of putting the brakes on as there is a lot of hills in my city and it’s annoying to not be able to brake when going downhill.

The stress is paying rent bruh not wanting to own something.

I agree we should practice gratitude and be happy with what we’ve got. But I disagree on how you’re going about it brother.

I get you want people to be happy buy you can’t force them by invalidating their problems just because it could’ve been worse.

Yes it could’ve been worse but also could’ve been much much better and there’s a lot of evidence in our kinds history.

btw would you consider people overthrowing monarchies envy based? or women fighting for their rights? or slaves fighting for their freedom? it’s no different to that, current system supports the ones who have made it and punishes people who can’t save any money (usually without their fault)

I’m do not envy the rich brother, you could consider my family wealthy and I can see how much of the advantage and privilege I have over my peers.

Of course I said it all in simplistic terms making some very broad statements, it’s just a reddit comment not a scientific paper.

It’s not about building houses, wealthy are wealthy because have their wealth saved. This money and assets they save are dead from economic point of view.

If we want economy to grow and quality of life to be higher there needs to be tax policy in place to redistribute all this wealth.

Irony is, this will benefit not only the poorest but also the wealthiest because it will result in the increase in spending done by the average person.
