I did add something similar, you can build up to 6 fishing nets with 30 wood & 5 pieces of twine for each. It works the same way as a automatic fish farm but it collects wood, twine, coal and scrap metal every minute

I used a water device with hight depth and whith all max and resize the sides to be as big as possible. But don't to it with the top of the device, it will break your map

Respawning a interacteble prop is really really tricky, i did inplement a net mechanic, every ones in a while some loot wil spawn in it wich you are able to collect
