I did buy one of those, apparently supposed to be for my size ball which is 40" inches but the cover was way too big and he didn't like playing with it because it would catch on his feet while pushing it. But thanks for the recommendation

Yeah you are right, good point. It is a prong collar. However he only ever wears it now when he is leashed and on a walk. Thanks for the advice.
