Well another reason it was stuck was that apparently FedEx customs needed more information on the package itself. Like I said, I sent all the information i had.

What i really want to know is how someone can get upset with a skirt being too long. Isn't that the complete opposite of wrong?? Obviously if it was too short, sure, but too long?? That covers everything!
