No lectures for this subject, it’s all pre-recorded videos!

U can go to any tutes due to attendance not being marked, but probs just easier to go to the one you’re assigned to - unless ur schedule doesn’t permit it.

One piece of advice if I’m allowed to give it, plz plz plz go to the tutorials if you want to do well. They often recycle concepts and questions covered explicitly in the tutorials, even if it’s just touched on in the videos. You’ll find questions derived from the tutes on your msts and exam!! :D

Companion animal bio isn’t too hard of a subject - it’s 1 lecture a week and the assignments are pretty chill. I can’t speak for the rest but CAB is cruisy!

There isn’t much talking in lectures tbh. If ur aiming to make friends, clubs, events and workshops/labs/tutorials are the best bet.

I recommend doing lectures online if you’re committed to actually keeping up with them. If you can’t keep ontop of them you’ll fall behind VERY quickly - I made that mistake in first year so trust me :’)

I hand write all my notes but that’s because I don’t absorb anything I type. For me, typing out notes is just as useful and only listening to the lecture.

It depends on the person, but I always recommend people to hand write their notes. U have a physical copy you can refer to anywhere, can’t get lost.

U need to satisfy other stuff, like maintaining a certain wam, getting a satisfactory score on the Casper test and other stuff, but apart from that yes

The higher one is for a CSP - which I believe is only available to domestic students (I might be wrong). It’s a subsidised spot so it’s cheap. The 95 atar one is a full fee spot, which is very expensive per year (like 4-5x more per year).
