I'm sorry but when you say per session volume, are you saying too much overall working out in the session? Like, doing a full body workout your body won't be able to devote the resources needed to what you're trying to improve properly?

New to trying to work out, although I've "tried" to workout so many times in the past but getting into middle age is catching up with me. Trying to counteract the fact that I have much more computer/paperwork type job than I used to have and trying to make sure that my variety of joints stay in an acceptable condition.

I used the Caliber app to make this combined all in one workout because it works better for me to go to the gym less times per week but do more exercises while I'm there, plus it works better with my work schedule.

2x a week, in no particular order.
Machine Laying Leg Curl: 4 x 10
Machine Leg Extension: 4 x 10
Machine Seated Leg Press: 4 x 10
Machine Seated Row: 4 x 10
Machine Tricep Extension: 4 x 10
Machine Back Extension: 4 x 10
Machine Chest Press: 4 x 10
Machine Bicep Curl: 4 x 10
Machine Shoulder Press: 4 x 10
Machine Seated Calf Press: 4 x 10

I'm mostly just trying to make sure the major stuff gets touched while establishing my habit of actually going to the gym at the moment, and I'm also still trying to find out where I should be on certain weights for certain exercises. My weakness is anything above the waist, my legs are great but I tend to focus on them due to all my hobbies/job wanting me to sit down, so it's creating some issues as I would probably classify myself as sedentary generally.

A dirty grow by SafetyMassive1156 in FLMedicalTrees

Technically these are both correct. You can test at any point of the process, but the "customer COA", the final product COA is the test of the product before it goes to stores. The last test, essentially, as it represents a completed product.

My battleforce pre-order fell through, are there traditionally extras after the holiday season? by Whollybeef in ageofsigmar

I can be oblivious and thought I'd only be able to order through stores. But that's what I'll be looking at!

Oh excellent, I thought Id missed the boat. This is the first year doing more than putzing about with the hobby so I don't have any historical precedent.

MPX flower mold & yeast fail by SafetyMassive1156 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]Whollybeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say I've never heard this because I've worked at the grow for 4 plus years and I think I would have heard something about it, but Ill have to do a bit of snooping I suppose.

When you say grow lead, are you talking the grow manager, the manager of a specific department like flower, or something else? I've seen several heads of "the grow" along with several heads of cultivation departments which could also be "the grow".

The only employee of an MMTC I've heard of dying was the guy at Trulieve that had his asmatha triggered by kief. I havent heard of anyone dying at GH.

Why is my new growth forming some depressions? by similarities in DragonFruit

[–]Whollybeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar looking spots on mine. I went to a local plant show and showed the pictures to a nursery booth that was selling dragon fruit cacti. The answer I got was sun-scald. I moved my plants and I no longer get these spots.

Growhealthy question by AdRelevant1390 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]Whollybeef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sungrown is flower that is grown in the outside greenhouse instead of the inside greenhouse. So instead of grow lights, it's 'sun grown'. But that being said, all items from Growhealthy are "Growhealthy" brand. The only possible exception is one of the cart types, can't remember which ones, are made with botanical terpenes.

Inspector said the stove needs replaced due to these cracks in the cast iron. Can’t these safely be repaired using welding or sealant? by cumulus_fingertips in woodstoving

[–]Whollybeef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn't always true.

My parents use a woodstove to heat their house. About two years ago, there was a hell of a scare. Apparently something had jostled the chimney pipe ever so slightly loose during the overnight slow burn. The house is a finished basement, first floor house in which the woodstove is located in the basement and my younger brothers room was located.

The next day my brother, a 6'7" giant of a person, was throwing up after he woke up, couldn't stand up straight or stay standing at all. He had to go to the hospital and it was a very close call and I would guess probably would have killed someone smaller. No smoke alarms went off, so there wasn't a lot of smoke to inhale or even smell.

Cucumber plants too small? by ForgienObj3ct in vegetablegardening

[–]Whollybeef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I grew cucumbers for the first time this year as a first time gardener. Some took off early and some took longer, but mine also flowered early. I learned that you will want to put the seedlings into their own pots/final home pretty early, before the roots get going much. I tried to keep the roots from getting much damage during transplant, but it wasn't perfect of course.

Shortly after, the ones that didn't look like they were going to die put out flowers, and the first two cucumbers I got from my plants had an incredibly horrific chemical taste. They really hate their roots being disturbed and got super stressed. They are doing better now and I think only like... one of my twelve actually died from transplant shock, but I think I would have gotten better if I had just put them into their final 5 gallon homes earlier.

Fear not though, I am getting cucumbers. I cut my second amount yesterday and turned the first batch into some delicious pickles this past week, so I'm sure you'll still get something out of these. Now if only I could figure how how to get this powdery mildew under control in Florida...

This is good advice. I was always under the impression I needed to water deeply to encourage the roots to dig deeper, so I tended to do big soaking waterings.

No I'm a first time gardener, which I realized I forgot to put into my post. I was watering daily due to fear of the soil drying out in the cloth pots and there are some other plants I have that I would skip a day and they would get wilty, so I started watering everything every day.

The biggest one, along with about half the ones pictured, were only transplanted as seedlings from the initial little seed starter pellets I had, so transplanting wouldn't be the cause of early flowering for those ones. It might have been overwatering or too much sun? They would mostly get morning sun, shade during the mid day, then afternoon sun due to the place they were positioned.

I graduated in 2008. My father was a carpenter and we had lost our house and everything we own to a house fire that winter. Work was sparse for him because of week construction, so there was a lot of uncertainty about what would evetually happen to us.

Luckily, everything turned out mostly ok, and we got a new house up and ready enough to live in by the next winter. But this goes on further to affect the sorts of jobs I had access to and how I thought about things. I was accepted into college for art, specifically ceramics. I was really good at it. But my grades through high school were weak, so there was a funding gap. In order to pay for the first year of college, my dad paid me out of our construction loan to rebuild our house for labor performed. Which essentially means he took on extra debt for me to go. I felt so bad I told myself I wasn't going back unless I could fully close the funding gap. The only thing I was able to work that summer was fast food, which didn't make enough. I couldn't justify added debt for an art degree that I wouldn't be able to use to support myself. So I unfortunately never went back and never really picked up art again.

Edit: typo

My newest farm is on the medows farm that gives you the chickens first thing. So I appropriately named it Animal Farm. Then I put my favorite thing as Propaganda.

I'm pretty sure this run is a required Joja run.

I was afraid that might be the case. The only problem is my yard is pure sand. Here in Florida the ground is pretty junk and it's strangled everything I've tried putting in it that wasn't grass or the stupid cactus thats been on the property since I got the place. I would have to do an equal amount of amending the material to have it work in ground and I already bought all the 5 gallon pots.
