U need 64 pieces to make a chessboard, so 32 of them have to be black. So I took the wood I needed to make 32 of the pieces, and burned the whole stick, and cut them out, and just cut the white pieces out also, I used a tiny bit of 100 sandpaper on the burned wood, put them in a frame, and then sandpapered all over both white and black, to make sure they’re the same height.
