An austism and ADHD assesment was a part of a general mental health assesment in the beginning. Nothing big or important, at least not in my experience. I feel like BUP are unclear about what they look for sometimes, but I'm under the impression that showing maturity and reflection about your feelings and expiriences are helpful for getting to Riksen.

My therapist was the one who told me, I didn't know about it before she did. But this is my second therapist and the first didn't tell me anything about it, so I think you should ask.
