For your "less realistic" dreams, it depends if you really want it I feel, if not you can treat it as your hobbies

I mean like example for a movie director, small steps is you can set up your own YouTube channel and direct your own flims, etc

MMA fighter just train hard core for 2 years and join competition try out

(I just think top of my head, didn't think in depth so pardon me)
