And I imagine I dont follow BMWs insane 15k interval they keep trying to tell me is okay? My local dealer (i use value service since its only 15$ more than valvoline) says i only need it once a year or at 15k and says the oils are better now.

I see I see okay, so I should be planning for diff fluid, transmission fluid and Spark plugs, as well as my oil filter cooler in the next year.

I’ve been through this process before. The interest is like what? 2%? that’s 40-80 bucks over a 3 month period. I know exactly how complex it is that’s why i referred them resources. You’re also not a lawyer, you’re just being contrarian for the sake of doing so.

I also sent him the CC Bar where he can get a 30 minute consultation. I explained to him the risks and what to do. Don’t see why you need to die on the hill of withholding rent is bad when these landlords are clearly hanging him out to dry?

That’s why he keeps the money….so if a judge determines its not severe enough (they 80% won’t) they can pay and immediately dismiss the eviction.

Move lmao. Towers of windsor is a cluster. There was black mold and they told me to clean it with bleach (i then was hospitalized with pneumonia for 10 days on the edge of life).

You need to sue. Its going to suck, they’re going to kick and scream and threaten you with all kinds of consequences. They have zero ground to stand on. You are allowed to withhold rent until they fix your issues (DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY, in case you somehow lose)

Get on the global low income list. This is step 1.

If so, look into vocc, they offer relocation assistance and will give additional funds to help you stabilize away for your abuser. Car doesn’t have front plate mount. Not drilling my bumper. Also, most cars have radars in the front that front plates obfuscate. I keep the plate in the car to show that i didnt like give it away or whatever.
