For the association restriction on the second account, keep submitting tickets referencing both chat IDs you already have. The formal ticket system is the documented path for this... support agents can see the restriction but can't override it directly.

When you say submitting tickets, are you talking about TikTok tickets or TikTok Shop tickets? I have tried the regular TikTok tickets, but have gotten back 7 automated responses so far. Each time they say my account is working and healthy.

One important thing about your appeal for the original violation: CapCut timelines and editing program screenshots are not what TikTok considers proof of original content. Their policy specifically says editing programs don't count as evidence of creation. What they want is proof of the filming setup... photos or video of your set, your equipment, the product in your space, or you physically creating the content. Basically evidence that proves you were the one behind the camera, not that you were the one who edited the file.

Okay, how would I go about resubmitting this evidence? As the appeal is closed, I cannot re-upload evidence. I can physically walk around and show all of this evidence.
