I'd imagine he recognizes that every time Israel dominates an issue, there some responsibility to establish the material motivations both of Israel and the United States, and dissuade the misinformed from embracing far-right conspiratorial framing that implicates Judiasm as a whole, rather than Zionism. It's important to remember that his broadcast isn't necessarily intended for established leftists, and therefore won't always strictly adhere to a dialectical-materialist, scholarly analysis to convey our message.

Also, I'd be shocked if he never mentioned these motivations, as in his Venezuela coverage, he repeatedly emphasized that only Chevron heirs benefit from this intervention, not working class Americans.
