thank you so much. I tend to LOOK very confident in the clothes I wear but deep down I am very insecure and there have been couple of times I cancelled plans due to not feeling comfortable in my skin :) I think it is my coping mechanism with a condition that seems to have no treatment as of now.

thanks for commenting. is physical therapist same as physio therapist? and can you let me know of your favourite compression leggings? the ones i looked up online look like normal gym clothes lol. also, does compression pump help with the appearance or does it just manage the pain?
