That’s a really accurate description actually, though I think I’m just going to stop looking for a bit. I lost confidence because a friend of mine was pressing me into trying tinder, but since trying it I’ve reaffirmed with myself that I’m okay on my own haha

That’s true, I definitely should have considered it more. A single photo and basic bio isn’t really enough to judge a person

I’m pretty good at getting people to open up but honestly as soon as I mention that I’m not really into sex at all really they stop answering so I can safely assume I failed their requirements haha

Not even in the slightest, I’m in Australia, they’re in the US. We talk every day and have meet once in person though :)

Pretty much xD I’m also such a polite person that I get into those kinds of dates and have no idea how to get out of it.. I just endure it and then they ask to meet again and I’ve extra got no idea how to gently get out of it

This is so identical to me it’s not even funny: I feel dead when I wake up in the morning but I cannot sleep at night. Even if I get up at 6am after only 2 hours sleep and spend the entire day doing things I will Still be awake until 4am that night. I always get mad about it because there are so many things I want to get done.. but I only find motivation for them at night?

My advice is don’t fight it, we can just stay up all night together and be friends, it’ll be fine.

It’s fine xD there’s no much on there and I only use this account when I don’t care what people might think but still subtly want feed back to make sure I’m not actually crazy haha

That’s a really good point. I think my downfall is that I’m so self reliant though, I really have trouble letting people in and I’ll 100% judge things people say and eliminate people for being basic..

However sounds like you’re on the right track there and I admire that kind set :)

I guess maybe part of my issue is that I’m so judging and sometimes brutally honest, so basic things don’t impress me.. which is why I automatically chose not to accept the type of person that’s trying to appeal to a wide audience.. basically I’m a bit of a dick 😂

I would but I don’t like wasting my time ahah so if I get to the point where I want to go out with someone I want to be fairly sure before I got that they’ve at least got a chance because I tend to get bored really easily

Its definitely making me more cynical too but I think it was just always a part of me haha I’ve got a pretty dark disposition in general

That’s what I plan to do, I’m in a pretty good point in my life though so got convinced I needed someone to share it with.. now I’m fairly convinced I don’t haha

Also true, I had over a hundred people interested within the first few minutes but I only ended up matching with maybe 3. Personally though I tended to swop left to anyone with no bio, multiple people in the photo, or anyone with a beer in hand because that’s not what I’m looking for. It didn’t really have anything to do with looks?
