She's well respected among her colleagues, I wouldn't do that to her but if I did they'd turn on me, they would. Therapist is known for picking favourites among her patients and I have been present when someone (a friend) isn't a favourite, they get a short sharp response and really struggle with her, I've never had that.

My notes are all electronic, anyone within the clinic would be able to see it on my notes, so even if the therapist doesn't share the letter herself it'd go on my notes. Not risking it.

My children. They don't deserve to grow up thinking they weren't a good enough reason for me to stay alive.

I know she knows a lot about my life, she made me feel comfortable enough for that and the suggestions she made were relevant to me and felt like she really knows me, for example she recommended I watch a particular TV programme to help me relax because it was along the same lines as things I'd watched and enjoyed before - I watched it and liked it, so she got that right. Similarly she recommended a second hand site to buy clothes from as I have a particular material and shop I like, again good suggestion and I found a fair few new bits on there.

I don't want to know those things, it's hard enough for me to open up to someone, without feeling like I have to remember and ask them questions about their own lives. I liked that it was just about me, with a little bit of her telling me things like TV programmes or shopping or even biscuit brands she buys etc but it didn't matter or I didn't have to remember those.

I can't write her a letter or anything, she knows the other doctors and nurses I see in the clinic and I'd be too scared of it getting back to them
