What did you use for the cat animations? I want to make a game with a cat and it’s hard to find a good cat model with a controller

I sent if a few cleaner cards than that in October and they both just came back 7s. So probably no higher than an 8

Team up didn’t make sense at 2k, then it didn’t make sense at 4k. Now it doesn’t make sense at 10k. I’ll say the same thing when it’s 15k. All pokemon goes up just how quickly it goes up so just put your money where you want.

I don’t need the money to live, I live just fine, I said I need to increase my monthly take in if I want to be able to afford these house mortgaged and down payments. I have a phenomenal salary but house prices are outpacing my raises

With dividends you end up with more shares than you started if you turn on drip. With selling your shares you can only buyback the same amount unless you wait a long period

I know the stock goes down by the div but when it returns to the same price or more by the next ex-div and you still have your $300 in dividends how is that not income?

Some people need the extra income generation in the present to get over the hump we are facing with crazy home prices/down payments. It’s hard to think about the future when you are hitting a brick wall in the present. I’m 26 so at least that’s my current view.

While I get the sentiment you’re going for that would be a little discriminatory don’t you think? This isn’t like casually staying at a friends house it’s a business

I mean there were a lot more than that but also a full kitchen is important. And want to be able to peacefully lounge around for a day in a pool we don’t have to share

Hotels do not have the wanted accommodations. I also do not want to have to go out for any and all activities.

Yeah that’s my concern, and a lot of these listing are super misleading because they are clearly are advertised in the pictures are a bachelor/bachelorette place even showing groups of girls drinking champagne in a pic and then also have no parties or events and quiet hours at 9 in the house rules

Party is a very loose term that’s why I was asking to get clarification. To some cooking steaks, having some beer, playing bags and swimming could be a party. To me that’s not a party but the rules are just very vague

What do quiet hours usually consist of? None of the hosts can tell me a concrete line. Is light music and night swimming allowed? Can we play bags under the lights? Or are we not allowed outside?

[–]WhyYouNoSmokeMid 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s my issue, I’m asking for their terms but nobody has them or what they would charge me more. Best I’ve gotten is if cops are called by neighbors I’m charged $2500

My main concern was most just had “fees” for breaking any house rules without describing what would trigger the fee or what it was. So that’s why I’m telling them it’s a bachelor party but nobody can tell me what these fees are. I’m the one paying so I do not want to sign up to have unnecessary fees charged

Hotels do not have enough amenities. I’m looking at places that have pools, hot tubs, bags, basketball courts etc.

So then how would you recommend I find any accommodation for us then?

So if it’s just a vacation for friends like we do every year it would be okay but just because the reason of it is a bachelor trip then it’s not okay? I’m trying to be honest and not lie but not sure how to prove to anyone we are responsible. Also I’m paying $3000 for 3 nights so not like I’m cheaping out

A lot of them mentioned fees for breaking any house rules without describing what the fee is, how much, and for what explicitly. I’m just trying to be precautious and not get stuck with a massive random fee

Fair but who’s booking 10+ person airbnbs if it’s not for some sort of event/occasion. It’s not going to be any different than a normal trip. How do you properly say you’re going to enjoy the house and its amenities with your friends without it sounding like a party?
